Didn't like it at all. It was a huge mistake to book this hotel. Very dirty and smelly. Not cleaned since decades. The pictures they have on Booking.com are old, I have recently been there its a very dirty property. The whole building smelled like rotten cheese.

The receptionist Minhaj took very good care of my aged parents while they were there, and they have been telling me they want to stay in this hotel next time they are in Madina insha Allah. The hotel is very close to the Haram. It's just about 3 minutes' walk. The facilities were okay and my parents didn't experience most of the negative complaints about the rooms. Rooms are okay and bathroom is clean.
